Spindle flap discs

    Non-woven spindle flap discs have the same trends and ranges of application as those of flap discs but, owing to their structural feature, they are fixed in the collates and chucks of manual grinders.

   Scotch-Biite deburrs quickly and easily and smooths surfaces subject to dirt and moisture accumulation.
   Particularly important is deburring of holes punched during stamping, which produces a light and uniform radius.
   Moreover, Non-woven operates reliably where an application of emery paper is not efficient because of its large consumption, for example, in processing of doorways and automobile cowls.
Spindle flap discs
   Ultra-thin Non-woven version (grey) is suitable for matting of varnisb and paint coverings and surfaces of aluminum alloys and stainless steel parts.
   Using Non-woven in flap wheels allows mechanizing the above-mentioned works and shinepolishing parts of different materials. Processing with flap wheels of Non-woven provides comfortable and good sanitary working conditions.
